UnreleaseIsland is a private music-sharing community for unreleased tracks, built for producers and collectors. It includes track sharing, wishlists, promo distribution, collectibles, and a credit system called dBs.

Not immediately. Signups go through a registration request plus staff approval flow. New accounts are created inactive first, then activated when approved.

No, referral codes are optional. They can help with onboarding perks, but you can still submit a registration request without one.

Yes. There is a dedicated mobile experience at /m/ with browse, track details, wishlist, notifications, and profile views.

Producer: can upload and manage tracks, promo pools, playlists, and related tools.
Collector: can browse, wishlist, collect, and interact, but cannot upload tracks.

Yes. You can switch account type, but there is a 24-hour cooldown between switches.

Your tracks are scheduled for deletion (7-day window), and your promo pools are removed. This protects the platform's producer-only upload workflow.

Current plan tiers are Free, Starter, Intermediate, and Professional. Plans mainly change upload slots and access to private features.

Free: 1 slot
Starter: 5 slots
Intermediate: 10 slots
Professional: 20 slots

Audio: WAV workflow (audio upload cap: 200MB)
Artwork: image files (image upload cap: 10MB)
Leak-report audio uploads use a higher cap (250MB).

Yes. Examples: title must be at least 2 characters, description max length is 500 characters, and tags are comma-separated and limited in the upload form.

Yes, but private tracks are restricted to higher plans. Free and Starter users are blocked from changing a track to private.

Yes. Track removal is scheduled with a 7-day grace period, and users who received or purchased the track can be notified.

Yes, you can cancel while it is pending. There are safeguards to prevent frequent toggle abuse.

Wishlisting can create a download-slot relationship and may trigger an exchange flow if both users wishlist each other's tracks.

No. The app blocks wishlisting your own uploads.

Downloads are tied to valid access (purchase or exchange slot). If you do not have access, download is blocked with guidance.

Yes, wishlist visibility can be set public or private. Private wishlist access is plan-gated (not available on Free or Starter).

A producer can mark a track as collectible and set a dBs value. Minimum collectible price is 0.01 dBs.

Your dBs balance is debited, the artist's balance is credited, and a purchase record is created.

The app supports Buy Me a Coffee webhook-based crediting for dBs top-ups.

Yes, with constraints:
- Valid PayPal address required on profile
- Minimum withdrawal: 20 dBs
- Maximum withdrawal: 1000 dBs per request
- One pending withdrawal at a time

Promo pools let producers group participants and bulk-send selected tracks. Promo pool creation is not available on the Free plan.

If you have uploads, tracks are scheduled for deletion first (7 days), then account cleanup follows. If you have no tracks, account deletion can happen immediately.
